Insurance

Psychotherapy/Counselling are often covered by insurance.

Therapy sessions are $150 each (tax and fees included). Please note that while direct billing is provided as a complimentary service, it is not guaranteed. Clients and or their parent/guardian if they are a minor, are responsible for the full payment of their sessions if direct-billing is unavailable for any reason including a mismatch of plan benefits, technical errors or otherwise. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and eligibility. Indication of an insurer offering Direct Billing for Psychotherapy/Counsellors does not mean your personal plan covers these benefits. S. R. Wellness and Media CANNOT contact your insurance company on your behalf to determine eligibility.

Some insurance companies require you to pay directly and then submit your receipt for reimbursal. In this case you must pay 100% of the session. Many insurance companies are now accepting direct billing for psychotherapy/counselling, and your plan may be eligible for this service.

All fees past the amount covered by your direct billing must be covered by you, and will be charged to your card on file. If you have a different insurance company, you will have to pay up front and then submit your receipt for reimbursal. Please note that that there may be a wait time before services depending on availability.

If you are eligible for direct bill, you must submit this information during the intake process.
