Voice Therapy (Zoom)
Voice therapy provides a focused, intimate experience that strips away the potential pressure or “camera fatigue” of video conferencing. By focusing solely on the auditory connection, many clients find they can speak more candidly and tap into their thoughts with less self-consciousness. This modality is particularly effective for those who find visual stimulation distracting or who simply feel more “authentically themselves” when they can pace, close their eyes, or sit in a comfortable position without worrying about being on screen.
We utilize the audio-only function of our secure Zoom platform, ensuring the same level of high-grade encryption and privacy as a video call. This format is also highly accessible for those with lower internet bandwidth or those who prefer to engage in therapy while in a darkened, sensory-friendly environment. When it’s time for your appointment, you’ll join via the provided link or a dial-in option. Without the visual component, we lean into the nuances of tone, pace, and breath, allowing for a deep, resonant therapeutic process.
How the Process Works
You can decide which type of session you want now or later, or switch between them (video, voice, chat, email) at any time. Once you reach out via intake form or service request form, we’ll contact you with the next steps!

You will fill out consent forms via our secure portal before your first session. This will include billing, insurance info, and consent.

Once you’re ready to go, your appointment links or instructions will be emailed to you, including access to the DIY booking portal.
