Billing & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?
I offer direct billing for many insurance providers, including Medavie Blue Cross and Telus Health (Canada Life, PSHCP, Manulife, GreenShield, etc.). If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

How much does each session cost?
Individual therapy sessions are $150, and couple sessions are $200. These fees are tax-free.

How are payments processed?
Payments are automatically charged on the day of your session via Stripe, using your credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. A one-time $0.50 fee is applied during initial registration to verify your payment method.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missing two consecutive appointments without notice may result in discharge from services.

How do I book a session?
After completing the intake and consent forms, you’ll receive access to my online booking portal, allowing you to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments at your convenience.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, all sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, providing flexibility and comfort from your own home.

How often can I schedule sessions?
The frequency of sessions is flexible and based on your needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others opt for bi-weekly or monthly appointments.

How do I prepare for virtual sessions?
Ensure you’re in a quiet, private space with minimal distractions. Please avoid chewing gum or eating during sessions due to sensory considerations.
