If you’re looking for a therapist who understands obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, or misophonia, I’m here to help. My personal mental health experience with the above has led me to a career where I’ve chosen to help others who are walking a similar path. Enough about me… this is about you. I work with clients who are struggling with sensory needs, stuck thoughts, productivity, loss and whatever else life throws their way. When it comes to therapy, I’m here to walk beside you on your journey. You’re the expert on yourself, and my job is to help support you as best I can with psychotherapy approaches. In my practice I offer evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, including CBT for Misophonia which omits traditional exposure therapy and instead focuses on the emotional aftermath of the condition. I believe in therapy that is flexible to the needs of my client, whether that’s talking it out in the moment or structured worksheets.

Types of Therapy

Therapy should be comfortable and meet you where you are. I offer numerous types of sessions to help accommodate different comfort levels and accessibility needs. Video, voice, and video game therapy are $150 per session, and chat therapy is $50 per session. Email rates vary. Email therapy is not eligible for insurance reimbirsal or direct billing while all other services are.
