Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder requires a specialized, evidence-based approach. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment, combined with traditional CBT. We work to break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions by gradually leaning into uncertainty while withholding the “safety behaviors” that keep the anxiety loop alive. This process is handled with immense compassion, ensuring that you feel supported as you reclaim your life from intrusive thoughts and rigid rituals, moving toward a state of psychological flexibility.

In my practice I offer evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, including CBT for Misophonia which omits traditional exposure therapy and instead focuses on the emotional aftermath of the condition. I believe in therapy that is flexible to the needs of my client, whether that’s talking it out in the moment or structured worksheets.

Types of Therapy

Therapy should be comfortable and meet you where you are. I offer numerous types of sessions to help accommodate different comfort levels and accessibility needs. Video, voice, and video game therapy are $150 per session, and chat therapy is $50 per session. Email rates vary. Email therapy is not eligible for insurance reimbirsal or direct billing while all other services are.
